As part of our employee welfare initiatives, Vandey offers the option to enroll in a corporate health insurance plan. This benefit is available to employees and can be availed based on individual preference and coverage needs.
Purpose: The purpose of the Employee Insurance policy is to help the employees with proper health insurance coverage with a hospital/clinic, ‘Vandey Consultancy Service Pvt ltd’ has tie-up with “Bajaj Allianz Group Corporate health insurance” and “Ethika Insurance Broking pvt.ltd”. The company assures to help the employees in the situation of any financial burden and provide them immediate medical care.
Eligibility: Insurance will only be provided with explicit permission or approval of the client, underscoring the critical importance of obtaining client consent in the insurance process.
Employees may choose between:
Option 1: Individual Coverage – Ethika
- Ethika provides a digital platform for managing group health insurance, offering individual coverage for employees who wish to insure themselves only.
- Details:
Insurance E-Card: Issued within 3 working days via the portal
Addition: It takes 7 working days to add member to the insurance.
Network Hospitals and Blocked Hospitals: Can be viewed on the portal
Portal Access: Login credentials and details of the Policy Orientation session will be shared.
Option 2: Family/Dependent Coverage – Bajaj Allianz
- For employees seeking coverage for both self and dependents (spouse, children, and parents or in-laws), we offer a group plan through Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.
- Details:

Addition: 7-10 working days
Policy details and e-cards shared post-enrollment.
Portal Access: N/A
Types of claims
Cashless: Use the insurance e-card and photo ID at network hospitals to avail cashless treatment services.
Reimbursement: Submit all medical bills and necessary documents within 15 days of treatment to claim reimbursement.
Outlined below are the steps to help you navigate the claim process smoothly.
Option A) Cashless Claim Process (Recommended): This is applicable only at network hospitals.
- Select a network hospital from the approved list.
- Ethika: can view on the portal
- Bajaj Allianz: Link shared in doc
- Show your insurance e-card at the hospital’s insurance/TPA desk.
- Ethika: Log in into the portal and download the card.
- Bajaj Allianz: shared with the employees
- The hospital will send a pre-authorization request to the insurance provider.
- Upon approval, treatment is provided without any upfront payment.
- You may have to pay non-covered expenses (if any) directly to the hospital.
Note: Always inform the TPA at least 48 hours before planned admission. For emergencies, inform them within 24 hours of hospitalization.
Option B) Reimbursement Claim Process: This applies if the treatment is done in a non-network hospital or if cashless approval is denied.
- Pay the hospital bill directly at the time of discharge.
- Collect all original documents (signed and attested), including:
- Discharge summary
- Hospital bills & receipts
- Diagnostic reports
- Doctor’s prescription and medicine bills
- Submit the claim form along with all documents to the insurance provider.
- The insurer will review the claim and upon approval, transfer the reimbursed amount to your bank account.
Important Note
- Claims are typically processed within 15-20 days. Members will be notified of approval or denial.
- Emergency claims (Bajaj): Processed even on weekends or holidays by contacting a dedicated team or Rajiv at 9643321176.
