Vandey collects important employee documentation during onboarding, such as identity proof, employment records, banking details, and other required compliance documents to establish employment and enable payroll processing.
Employees submit written resignation to Vandey HR, serve their notice period, return all company property, and complete required paperwork. The full and final settlement is processed at the end of the payment cycle following the last working day.
Vandey manages payroll administration and employee salary processing as part of its employment services. The team supports payroll operations and addresses employee payroll-related queries through structured HR support.
Vandey deducts and files mandatory PF (Provident Fund), PT (Professional Tax), and ESIC contributions directly through payroll, managed via GreytHR, ensuring full statutory compliance with India’s employment regulations for every employee.
Vandey provides group health insurance through Bajaj Allianz Corporate Health Insurance, brokered via Ethika Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. Vandey ensures employees receive immediate medical care and financial support during health emergencies, with enrolment and coverage changes managed directly by Vandey’s HR team.

Employment verification letters are issued by Vandey’s HR team upon request, covering employment tenure, designation, and compensation details. These are managed directly through Vandey HR for all employees on the EOR payroll.
