Program Overview

Vandey Global Services is a Bengaluru-based Employer of Record (EOR) serving global and Israeli companies. We help clients hire professionals in India across Engineering, Finance, IT, Operations, BIM, DevOps, QA, SAP, and other business functions. Referral partners introduce potential clients, while Vandey manages sales discussions, contracting, hiring, payroll, compliance, and delivery.

What Clients Can Access

• Remote teams in India under Vandey’s EOR model.
• Dedicated professionals working exclusively for the client.
• Payroll, compliance, and employment administration managed by Vandey.
• End-to-end relocation support for professionals moving from India to Israel, including visa and work permit assistance where applicable.

Why the Partner Program

Freelance recruiters, headhunters, and business introducers can earn commissions by referring companies that engage Vandey’s services. Once the introduction is made, Vandey handles the entire engagement process.

Commission Options

Option 1: 30% of Vandey’s annual net profit (mark-up) from the referred client during the first year.

Option 2: 50% of the employee’s monthly gross salary as a one-time referral fee.

Only one commission model applies per referred client and is finalized in the Partner Agreement.

Key Terms

•  Registration must occur before any referral.
•  Referral validity: 90–180 days from introduction. Commission is paid after the client’s first invoice is cleared.
• Existing Vandey clients and pre-existing leads are excluded.
• Non-circumvention and clawback provisions apply as defined in the Partner Agreement.
