  • Reviews the profiles shared by Vandey.
  • Provides feedback by:

Customer Review

  • Coordinates any required repeat sourcing and feedback calls.
  • Vandey HR Schedules and hosts interviews with customer for shortlisted candidates.
  • Finalizes candidates after technical interviews.

Final Selection

  • HR Manager conducts a final discussion with selected candidates to:
  • Approves the final CTC

Cost Finalisation

  • Collects candidates’ data and necessary documents
  • Reverts with the approval of offer letter an employment agreement to be shared with candidate

Offer Letter Signing

  • Shares finalized offer letter and employment agreement with candidates and ensure they sign it.
  • Conducts team introductions and project briefings with new hires on day of joining.

*Zoho Recruit is a cloud-based ATS used by Vandey to manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding workflows.

  • Reviews the profiles shared by Vandey in Zoho Recruit.
  • Provides feedback by shortlisting candidates for interviews or requesting additional profiles.
  • HR Manager conducts final discussions and converts selected candidates to employees in Zoho Recruit for onboarding.

Customer Review

  • Coordinates any required repeat sourcing and feedback calls.
  • Vandey HR Schedules and hosts interviews with customer for shortlisted candidates.
  • Finalizes candidates after technical interviews.

Final Selection

  • HR Manager conducts a final discussion with selected candidates to:
  • Post HR Manager’s final round with selected candidate, Vandey sends the final CTC along with offer letter and employment agreement to the customer for approval via Zoho Recruit.
  • Approves the final CTC

Cost Finalisation

  • Collects candidates’ data and necessary documents
  • Prepares and sends offer letters and employment agreements for customer approval.
  • Reverts with the approval of offer letter an employment agreement to be shared with candidate

Offer Letter Signing

  • Shares finalized offer letter and employment agreement with candidates and ensure they sign it.
  • Recruiter says in constant touch with candidate till date of joining to confirm their onboarding.
